The contest is open to all High School Students.  Contact your English teacher.

Submission Format

Cover page: 
Name, Grade, School, Teacher, and Teacher's Phone Number 

Page Two:
Sonnet Only (no personal identification)

While there is no limit to the number of sonnets submitted by one student, or one school, teachers are encouraged to pre-screen all entries.  Multiple entries from a school may by submitted in one packet.  

Award

Contest winners and their teacher will receive a Shakespeare Gift Pack.  First place winner receives a scholarship to Camp Shakespeare 2008 and his or her teacher receives reserved seating at the 2008 Festival.  The winning entry will be published in the souvenir program for Shakespeare on the Green. 

Schedule

Sonnets due:  March 17, 2008
Entries must be postmarked, faxed or emailed no later than this date.
