Meet the MacTour Director and Cast

A. Bryan Humphrey - Director and Script Adaptation

Bryan is an Equity Actor based in Seattle and New York City. His regional theatre credits include Seattle Shakespeare Co., Seattle Rep, the Intiman Theatre, ACT Theatre (Seattle), Tacoma Actors Guild, Book-It Rep, Taproot Theatre, Seattle Children's Theatre, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Utah Shakespearean Festival, Nebraska Shakespeare Festival, The Denver Center, Arkansas Rep, Kansas City Rep, The Fulton Theatre, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, and others. Since 1976 he has also taught theatre and directed productions at Southwestern Seminary, Baylor University, University of Colorado (Boulder), University of Northen Colorado, Ohio University, and Pepperdine University. He is thrilled to be working once again with the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival.

Dakotah Brown - Banquo/Rosse

Dakotah is incredibly thrilled for his Nebraska Shakespeare debut in this production of Macbeth. Dakotah graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BFA in Acting. Past credits include Luis Avila in La Ninera: The Nursemaid, a new play written by Barbara Lebow and directed by Risa Brainin (UCSB Mainstage), Gerald Thornton in Time And the Conways directed by Simon Williams (UCSB Mainstage), Leontes in The Winter's Tale directed by Irwin Appel (Center Stage Theater), and Drum Major in Woyzeck directed by Tom Whittaker (UCSB Mainstage).
